i have done seo for http://www.japaneseimportcar.co.uk
please suggest am i doing right?

 

You must build backlinks if you wanna to rank good on serps.
Without backlinks, you are nowhere.

 

Hi, I think the backlink is a way to improve the page rank. When I got 60+ backlink and then my site pr=4 now. My site is www.logodesigninc.com

 

With backlinks (keyword in anchor text) you improve rankings and PR .

 

You've placed your keywords in goog places. Your keyword density seems to be good although you should be able to increase it a little more (upto around 2% for Google and I think 5% for MSN & Yahoo). Check out this page for your keyword density.

Other than that yeah increase your backlinks if you don't have much yet (didn't bother checking because everyone seems to have picked up on it already).

Also you could combine these two meta tags into one:

<meta name="keywords" content="car import and export">
<meta name="keywords" content=" Japanese car auctions ">

1) Page size is 17052 bytes GOOD
2) Metatag, You got two times keyword tag. take one out and add more keywords.
3) You are missing alt tag on the logo.
4) it would be nice if you add h7 or h6 tags for bold title. (don't make it bold but add h7 it will help you lot)
5) center background make it to white.

As fart as it is good so submit your site to us to increase link popularity and traffic.

 

now i have 9 links on msn and 42 links on yahoo. but not any other page except index page is indexed on any of the seacrh engine . please suggest what will i do .

 

Try submitting to directories (a lot of them) and may be consider paying for some links on related sites.

 

To be honest, the seo is important but only if you have a nice looking, quality site. Sorry.

Anyway Google hasn't crawled your site at all? Are you sure? If you have links to your site then it should have been crawled by now...

 

Shorten your meta description tag.
Be sure your title tag and description tag are well-formed and descriptive on each page of your web site. Also make use of the H1 tag as a descriptive header for your web site copy or content.

 

now today is may 18 .website is indexed on google but cache of index page is old one . what is the problem . website is not indexed on yahoo. old pag is still comming . and yahoo shows many links from one website . is it a problem

I dont have any experience or observations like that.
SEO has nothing to do with the looks.. it is the user /visitor who has .
SEO is a tool to increase visibility and conversions , not necessarily meaning looks ..
