The theme is so professional no doubt but change the logo.It looks very old style.

 

I'll agree with a++ and virtiis. Your site looks like an old deserted one. Advice: "rich style" design

 

there is no doubt that you should improve the design of your site, it's looks poor

 

Actually the design is not too bad - the only complaint I have is that the main content area is too 'busy' - specifically, it's a bit difficult to figure out where one post terminates and another begins.

You could also use some additional generic content on the subject (or related subjects). That will help get your site indexed for a variety of different keywords.
