Check My Navigation On Both Sites

I have 2 sites and I would like to know which navigation is better for users. There is not much difference but you will see what I mean.

I personally like the navigation from seo-watch.co.uk much more because it is more visible and eye catching then the navigation from seo-watch.nl.

Well, I like the left aligned better. However, I would change the font color so that it's white and more contrasting.

 

I like navigation bar on http://www.seo-watch.co.uk

 

I like the seo-watch.co.uk navigation better since it is more visible.

 

The navigation at the top on seo-watch.co.uk is on the left and seo-watch.nl it's on the right. This is the main difference between both sites.
