If you're not doing anything shoddy, there is nothing to worry about. The CTR looks good to me.

Based on my history, you are on the high end, but not yet into 'worry territory' ...

Why worry? Because Google has a history of banning Adsense accounts with a CTR that they deem to be too high. Because the only evidence of click fraud or a click-bomb is in reveled your CTR..

I must disagree with the advice given by Sanambk, and suggest that you DO worry, or at least monitor your CTR...

Is that the CTR adsense TOS specifically says you shouldn't discuss with others? Good job that you haven't yet put your site in your signature, as I guess this forum is widely read by people at Google, and it's probably the silly kind of thing that could get you a ban. Not sure why you can't discuss CTR but you can earnings. Always found that one odd...

Are you kidding me a 5%-8% CTR will not get you banned...I been going strong for 4 years with CTRs as high as 10-15% So If I had 5 clicks and 5 view and my CTR being 100% I'm getting banned for legit traffic?

it is OK my friend ct75 ..but I think it will be normal with time, because the ads are new in your site, you said you are new with adsense, I think your visitors are just discovering your new ads appearing in your site.. I had the same situation at my beginning with adsense, My CTR now don't pass 3.50% ..
    Regards...
