    the adsense placement is not very good at all and before i reach your blog i see:



    Dude, you are keyword stuffing AND YOU HAVE 2 ADSENSE BOXES ON TOP OF EACHOTHER!!!! no duh that violates adsense terms!

    my proper advice:

    WRITE proper articles, delete that blog, create a blog with a half interesting name not some crap like "mesothelioma-patient-and-cure", it's a form of CANCER, there is no CURE. (if detected early, it can be treated NOT cured)

    write original content, stop keyword stuffing, give advice and get better ad placements. dont place any ads at the top of your blog, put them on the footer, sidebar and less annoying places.
    create a graphical banner, put images in posts and really... start trying.


    my really mean advice:

    give up, find a new job

    make a blog about something you already know something about rather than just pick what is supposed to be the highest paying!

    I also suggest to start writing original content on a topic you enjoy to write about, or at least pay someone to write original content, that will help increasing your pagerank and, in time, your earnings.
