i think for 460x90 ads.. you can put it on your web header or maybe you can put it on your post page. for vertical link ads.. you can put in your right widget. for horizontal link ads.. you can put it on your footer. and its better to put only 3 ads unit in every one page of your web. and you should customize the color and font for your ads unit with your web. good luck.
