Contact the support immediately. Request them to cancel the check and send a new check...

I don't think so that you have to put your signature on back of that check

Its better to you that contact google through their contact page and ask them.

You don't have to sign a cheque anywhere. Did you request a cancellation of cheque from Google?

A well known professional money hijackers:D What else can you expect from them. I regret to have my indian account with them:eek:

now what you can do. Did you get the cheque back? is it in your hand? Make some photocopies, dont loose them. Meet the branch manager and kick his sorry @#$. Make tamasha. You know what i mean right? the more tamasha u make, the easier will be your processing.

afterall you have to answer a professional criminal in their own language.:D

Well this is very new for me because I had no problems with PayPal check. All my check passed with any signature.

I think you should contact your bank once agian or try to other banks.

    Your bank is at fault.

The bank teller MUST assure that you completed all the steps submitting your check to your bank for incasso including signing the chech on the back!

It is the issuing bank (Google's bank) that has the right to refuse a check that does not contain a proper endorsement. An endorsement may be in the form of a signature or in most cases a "for deposit only to the account of."

I once had a check returned for lack of signature even though I had rubber stamped it. It was issued by one of the brokerages house here in the US and I guess that bank's policy or policy for that account was to require a signature.

Checks issued by insurance companies also must be signed in most cases.

The only reason I see here is the OP had cancelled the cheque by logging into his account.
