Check "google not indexed" pages

There are many ways to see the indexed pages but how about not indexed pages? I have a website consists of hundreds of pages most of which have already been indexed by google. But still there are some pages that are not indexed. I want to find all those not indexed pages, change the URLS and optimize the pages to get indexed faster.
I can check all my pages manually and find those pages but it takes a lot of time. Anyone knows a software or a website that checks all the pages of a website and finds out the not indexed ones?

I think there's no such tool. I may be wrong though.
But, if there's any, it'll be a real help for webmasters.

Why do you think changing url would get a page indexed? Linking to it is something that you'd want to consider, while I'm not sure how a different url would help.

I also agree that changing URL is not necessary but consider that website/subcategory/pagename is better than website/#321?/123~123

Market Samurai, never heard about that? $481 is NOT cheap Has anyone tried it ?

Webmaster tools will let you know everything including indexed pages .
But indexed pages don't mean anything, ranking and target traffic are meaningful .

Using third party tools is not good. Since years m using some rank check tool.. now its blocked and after apply query on it.. try to search on Google .. so its shows warning to me and says using automated query.. and asked me to fill the validation image to confirm manually.. So I thing if use some third party tool for sending query may cause some devaluation
