Check cleared from reissue request of check?

I recently requested a reissue of a check. When I checked my payment history there is a new stat stating that my check cleared. For guys that have requested a reissue of a check is this normal part of the credit back process?

 

You can request reissue of check if you don't receive it via mail but it seems that you received it and deposited in your bank account thats why it got cleared now. You should see the money soon in your bank account.
