I haven't as yet received the reasons why my check hasn't cashed (credited) to my bank account even though I paid in about 8 days agao. According to my bank statement, I have been charged £25 for UNPAID ITEMS, which I assume the cheque has bounced. I have just sent them a message asking why this charge has been made. It might be that I made a mistake when filling in the payment slip. My adsense account is fine. Has anybody else have experience of their adsesne checks bouncing?
Hi, The best thing is to Contact ur bank once ur bank confirms a problem then contact G immediately.. I know situtations when People's chqs got cleared even after they are banned.. so check with ur bank first. Regards,
Well, I am definately not banned as I can log in perfectly wll. There is no reason why I should be either because I have been with them for over a year now and have had my checks cleared on each ocassion. I don't recall making a mistake when writing the slip that goes with the check.
Since all your other cheques have cleared without problems it sounds to me as if the bank has maybe made an error.
Do you reckon they will refund the charge they made? Adsense is strange in that in the past it has taken anything between 3 and 8 days to clear. I don't know whether the bank delayed in cashing the cheque or what? I also think its time I switched to electronic payment. This is too slow.
If the bank has made an error they should definitely refund the fee. If, however, it is some error on the part of AdSense then obviously it's not the bank's responsibility to reimburse you but Google's. The chances of Google reimbursing you are slim to nil.
You have to deposit the cheque in a bank account in your name. For example, you can't have the adsense account in your name, and deposit the cheques in your mothers bank account. It happened to me 2 months ago...
It appears the charge was for alltogether a different reason. I am not sure why its taking so long for this cheque to cash, though.
I just hope the Google Cheque to Youtube didnt bounce. Hey sir, your check for a squillion dollars bounced.
