    First the new free hosts accept hosting .. then if have large number of visitors ..they suspend the account for some time saying server problem and keep message to click on ads ...then tey will continue saying 2 hr s left .. 1 hr left .. like that for 5 days..

    imagine hosting 100+ big sites with more than 1 million traffic of all sites ... they make around 5000$ per day and start publishing videos hat we make 5000$ per day and all B$...

    i have a huge list of these type of hosts ...one such big is
    http://b-l-u-e-hosting.com ... i hope some will complain to adsense for such illegal activities..

    that's not cheating, that account has been suspended from the server - who ever owned the account obviously did something illegal so it has been suspended.

    The least he could do is make it blend a little =/.

    And yeah, that's a pretty shady tactic. Or a scam rather.

    Having ads there isn't shady at all, because the account has obviously been suspended lagit the only thing I object to here is the fact there is an instruction telling people to click on the firefox banner (should be ban for that)

    Ya, i got a warning once because someone submitted an article on my site asking people to click on ads. I kind of missed that sentence near the end of the article. Was asked to removed the article. Think that'll happen to them soon enough.

    i am not sure if I am following the message here;
    Was this URL Suspended without reason, just to get the traffic/revenue?
    OR
    Was this account suspended with legit reasons?

    That is totally against adsense TOS even if the account is suspended for legit reasons. One cannot ask others to click on his or her own adsense ads. Site reported to adsense abuse department and i hope they will take care of this soon :)

    I think there are 2 issues. First, the site is not allowed to ask visitors to click on the Ads. Second, it is not honest to pretend that the server is down.

    As far as tactics to make money, I'm not sure it makes much sense. I would think that thier best customers would leave them if it happens too often.

    How on earth can you put a suspended page when the server itself is down? They have edited the site suspended page (WHM) and added adsense code to it. Asking for clicks is not only unethical but against the TOS as well.

    You're missing the point. He's 1) Continuing to say the site will be back in a few hours when it never comes back up, 2) Stealing traffic that isn't his, and 3) Asking for clicks. It's a scam and it's against the TOS.

    Isn't it against the TOS just to ask people to click on the ads?
