I just sold a domain (pho kus.org) for $90 [thru PM] after posting it -

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=139762

    to 'steven1985'

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=39472

I pushed the domain after getting the funds in my paypal, everything went well, i left him iTrader too.

Now i just checked my paypal it says the funds are held 'under review'. The person was just online and i am sure he's read my PMs but hasnt bothered to answer anything. What should i do ?

I have emailed both paypal and Godaddy of this issue..

    1. Post another iTrader telling others he's a scam.
    2. Post that he's a scam in the buying/selling forums.
    3. If he lives in the USA, take him to small claims court and notify authorities as he's committed a criminal act.
    4. Contact the domain registrar.

Outside the USA, you might need to resort to contacting the registrar.

He just bid on an auction of mine at Sitepoint yesterday and tried to get me to push the domains prior to him sending payment.

    Thanks for the heads-up.

Most all registrars have a five day claim and or cancel of any purchase or push of domains. You also can file arbitration, but it will cost minimum of $500 to make it happen although when and if you win through arbitration then he will be labeled as scammer.

Diam, just noticed that when i read your reply. i was so pissed off with that person... i'll PM a mod right away. ( i also mentioned myself as buyer in the negative feedback by mistake)

The first feedback was after soon after the transaction, when i thought everything went well.

    Edit - Done,just PMed a mod.

I have no hopes of getting my domains back ( as i have pushed the domains voluntarily ). Paypal say they are investigating the transacction, i have given links to the forum and this thread. Hope they do something about it.
