Number one for a competitive keyword and number one for many other not so competitive ones. As you can see in the stats nearly 2500 uniques a day over the past few months. Last month almost hit 80k uniques. As I said I really don't have any time to keep this site up-to-date. Thousands of pages indexed in Google. Excellent if you want Coop-weight. Makes pretty decent money a month with adsense even though it isn't fully adsense optimized. Serious offers only to be considered. I do have a figure in mind that i'd like to reach, but if no bid gets there I probably won't sell.

- where do your visitors come from (country)
- how much adsense revenue
- other revenues?

Seems like you had a store on it at one point but now no longer do? Anything under the cgi-bin dir is showing me a 500 error.

Doing a another Google search without the cgi-bin directory shows only 71 pages indexed:

Edit: Didn't see the OP mention that it would be decent for co-op weight until just now. Keep the above in mind if you are purchasing this domain for co-op reasons. Supplemental results will eventually be de-indexed, which in turn will hurt your co-op weight.

The pages are working fine now. Yesterday, however, I was getting 500 errors on any page under the cgi-bin directive.

Selling for at least a years income which is above the 4k mark. On top of that the website is a PR5.... and on top of that it is #1 for many keywords. So I think that would qualify it for bids to begin at 1k.
