Buying Cheapy pet related sites(Pr or revenue don't matter to me)

    Hola vatos,

    I'm looking to purchase cheapy simple pet related sites.
    What is not important.
    -PR, I don't care what the pr is
    -Traffic, don't care about what traffic is gets
    -revenue, don't care if it made 2pennies on the last month
    -Graphics, like the banner. Heck, I'll make one in a minute myself

    What is important
    -Its important that the domain is easily transferable to domainsite.com. If its not I may just purchase the site without the domain
    -unique written informational site
    -has adsense in place
    -it has to be PET RELATED ONLY. Example: scorpions, snakes, guinea pigs, fish, etc.
    NO BLOGS or AUTO UPDATE CRAP.
