I built this site in 2012. Custom theme. Lots and lots of original content on the site in form of articles and blog posts.

Why are you selling this site?
No time to grow it.

How is it monetized?
QuinStreet (SureHits) commissions. Currently I get a deposit from them about once a year or so for about $50. Not much but there is potential.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
no

How much time does this site take to run?
0 time right now. It needs regular blogging and traffic growth.

What challenges are there with running this site?
No time to blog on it and build traffic.

 

This is an insurance site and there is lots of original content in there that I have spent lots of money on. It's been an investment but I just do not have the time to focus on it because I have so many other projects that require attention. I hope someone can take good care of this site.
