Best thing to do is check the ads showing up on your own site and visit the advertisers. DO NOT CLICK the ads but rather get the url through the accepted means which Google spells out in one of the sections of your control panel.

Does the site you go look like an MFA/Arbitrage/Spam site? If so, it may be that it's not paying much per click.

If you have a lot of pages and you have channels set up so that you can narrow down which pages are getting the cheap clicks (apparently your click rate isn't too high if you can tell that one particular click is worth $0.01) and examine the ads showing up there.

The MFA/Arbitrage/etc sites showing up in the ads on my site most likely will do you no good since the ones showing up on your site are probably different.

And, as far as I know, you can only block 200 sites.

To add to this, you can use the adsense preview tool to get the urls to follow without clicking.
