    Awardspace.com has $2.99/month unlimited traffic Linux hosting. I'm a happy customer there. I actually got in on a .99 cents for 6 months deal, though I'm not sure if they're still offering that promotion.

    It really depends upon what all features you need but be VERY CAREFUL with ANY provider who is just mindlessly throwing offers at you. Have the cheapest plan isn't going to help you with your experiencing crappy support or un-reliable servers..
