Cheapest way to find what other domains a person publicly owns?

So there is this woman I come across regularly while trying to find domains... she owns around 1,000+ and has for nearly a decade apparently. I've contacted her a couple times. The ironic part is that she's apparently not interested in selling any of them, despite that she's not using them either.

Today I came across a domain she has owned since '98 but I notice it has had 2 drops over the course of that time. This is purely speculation, but I would like to see a total list of her domains so I can keep an eye on them in case she allows some of them to drop occasionally. From what I can tell she doesn't use private registration (or at least she owns 1,000+ domains that don't use it). DomainTools.com will sell a list of all other domains publicly owned by a specific registrant, but they want an outrageous $1,000 to do so. Does anyone know any resource I can get this information for free or really cheap?

    Thanks

Have you used google "whois" "first last" I found about 25% of my domains with it. Then where I had "first last" put in a phone number if you find one. Important that the whois is in quotes. Then try other data that is returned. I was able to find almost 50% of my domains but then again about 25% are private. Hope this helps some.

Sounds like good advice. I'd listen to reapr on this one.
