from what ive read Pool.com is the best site to use to backorder expiring domain names.. however from what ive read its also fairly expensive.

Whats the best cheap alternative for back ordering in your guys experience?

    Godaddy any good?

The 2 top backorder services are snapnames.com and pool.com charge $60 per acquired name as a starting bid if there are others interested for the name. The rest just follow

Pool wins 99% of the domain drops though so if you don't use them you probably won't have a shot in the dark at getting the domain when it expires.

I used snapnames for years and I kept loosing domains to Pool so I finally switched over to Pool. Never lost one since.. except in their auction after the domain is grabbed.

a service that attempts to register an expired domain name the split second it becomes available. they use a network of servers and registrars to send hundreds of registration requests per second the moment the domain is deleted from the registry.

it's virtually impossible to snap up a good dropping domain manually.

it depends where the domain is originally registered.

if it is at godaddy, then the domain will go to tdnam
if it is at netsol, then to snapnames

    and so on

therefore please tell where is the domain registered?

Pool is perfect 75% of the time. If you really want it, backorder it everywhere or contact owner.
