    $35 will not get us richer at all. The main reason why we are not refunding you is because you agreed to our Terms Of Service. What will we do if we refunded every client? The Terms of Service is there for a reason.

    If you think that you have to follow your TOS then why have you not written in your Terms or Conditions that you will behave like this with the clients and will annoy them.

    Is this a special occasion or what?

    I paid you 2 days ago. Still the vps is not ready and we do not get a reply of your ticket system for hours. You are a good user of digital point. I have come to you because i felt that you may provide good service because you are on digital point since a long time and your reputation and iTraders are also very good. I had to purchase 6 days ago. I asked for order link long back. I waited for your reply for very long. I could buy from someone else. I did not do that because i wanted to purchase from you. So, That i could use the service for a long time and have a long term relationship. I have also been in this business since a long time. I had 8-9 dedicated servers but i closed most of them because the prices had gone very low. These days I host my own sites and make for others. I also know that we can make a vps within an hour. It just takes 75 minutes in cpanel installation. I also know that how these things work and the remaining configurations are done by the client.

    Did i do something wrong???
