It takes 24-48 hours for the VPS to be setup. Yours was set up in less than 20 hours. We are sending over the details now.

I had ordered on 9th March. We get a dedicated server ready in 24 hours. This is just a small vps. It doesnt take more than 3 hours. You are not even replying on emails, tickets. You reply tickets after 24 hours. I have to come on dp to get a reply from you. It has been 48 hours and still i have not received the vps details.

Thats not a good start.....

I would like to get the refund because your support doesnt seems to be good enough. Post-Sales support is only the thing which helps people to get success in this field.

We dont just deploy VPS's. Because if you deploy your VPS's that fast that means that your clients will have problems, sometimes you will miss installing something, you will configure it wrong etc.. We double check before we deploy our servers and VPS's. The reason why your tickets get answered slowly is because you were dealing with sales. We do not have 24/7 sales. We DO however have 24/7 support. When you need support it will not take them more than 2 hours to reply to your ticket.

You took 2 days to just create a new vps. You have not installed either cpanel and fantastico. I have paid for them. I know that it does not even takes minutes to create a new vps from vePortal and it does not take more than 4 hours to install cpanel. Your vePortal is also not accessible. I can only access the server using PuTTY. You never replied any ticket in less than 24 hours.
Your package contains 2 ips. But there is only one ip in the welcome email you have sent to me.
I dont think we can go ahead. Please refund my money.

I have already replied the ticket. I can buy a server for $60-70. You do say that you do not refund for VPS why have you written 30 Day Money Back Guarantee in the signature. There is no * or such thing to make sure that there are any terms and conditions nor you have written that there are terms and conditions apply. Why do you publicise the things which you cannot provide.

What i want is to get a refund, I am not here to fight with you or someone.
