Cheapest uptime monitoring service

I've had it with services like hyperspin who want $850/year to check if a 100 urls are running every 15 minutes. Any recommendations? I don't want to pay more than $100/year & want at least 2 different countries monitoring the urls.

 

I'm using mon.itor.us for monitoring uptime. It is very easy to use, and best part: it is free. They have servers on different locations, too.

I'm not sure about the 100 urls, though.

 

Have you had a look at Service Uptime's plans:

They have what you are looking for, however it is $50/month which is much more than you want. Most of the cheaper services wont check that many urls that often.

 

pingdom is a good service too

 

you can try siteuptime.com. They are very cheap and also provide free service for one month to check their services.
