Buying Cheapest traffic possible, even China

    Hello!
    I need to buy 10k uniques(or more) a day of cheapest traffic possible. In fact, country does not matter for me - can be China or anything else. Visitors need to stay few seconds at my site and need to have javascript on.
    I can pay by PayPal, AlertPay, WMZ(of course reasonable amounts, as it's nonconverting traffic) or I can trade it with my 20-35k USA uniques a day.
    Any traffic delivery is accepted: redirect, popup, iframe. I just care about uniques with javascript.
