cheapest registrar ever?

    Have you guys seen this registrar yet?

    I saw this as a domain registrar for a whois I was doing and saw the prices were only $2.95...anyone seen this site before?

    They are very shady about providing prices for the next year, therefore I couldnt view their prices for the second year.
