Cheapest PPC networks... just need general traffic for cheapest price: suggestions?

    Does anyone have any suggestions for PPV /PPC networks that are the cheapest in terms of views/(clicks)? I just need general traffic to click through. The cheaper the cost per visitor the better. Keywords do not matter so much.

    Does anyone have any recommendations or know of any places I can sign up at?
