Lets get this straight, "THERE ARE NO OFFSHORE LOCATIONS IN CANADA". No matter where the servers are located in Canada the RCMP ("Royal Canadian Mountie Police") whom patrol places in Canada where there are no Police still enforce every law right down to the bone. RCMP are also the main people that look into the copyright laws in Canada and make all arrests. If there is such a server in Canada then you can bet your ass on it that it will be shut down and the owner will do some serious jail time. I have been a Canadian citizen for 30 years now and believe me you can trust me more then someone located in India saying that the no better. Also read that MSN chat log that someone posted not to long ago and do a whois on the domain name, in the log it states that he has been in business for about 1 - 1.5 years yet in fact the domain name has only been registered for a couple of months. So before you sign up to a major future headache of being tracked down by authority figures telling you that you are being sued, ask yourself is it really worth it?
by the way...come to the point....! USA also doesnt support warez but if you check some of the biggest torrent sites.... they are hosted in USA....! If police had control over the internet then there would be no WAREZ or illegal activity....! SO police is just fear.....!

Warez sites also don't host the files! only file hosting sites host them. Torrents are MORE scary than doing warez because you host the ILLEGAL file from your OWN computer and let other people download. Warez is you upload on a anonymous file host site like rapidshare then people who want the files download from that site instead of from your computer. So no one could see who uploaded the files except rapidshare and rapidshare isn't going to give away their customers' IPs who pay them to use their service We had a server hosted in Canada which was actually a warez hosting site and we didn't problems. It was 3 years ago and it's still up and running really fast. The site now has 350k+ members and 800+ members online EVERY 60mins. We didn't have problem about linking but I am not talking about TORRENTS because those are more scary as I said above. PS: We have changed our servers to one from Europe to get better speeds with unmetered, Canada servers are way too expensive for unmetered. And I am neither on both sides. (just explaining) TaMpE

Its not talk about Regional mate...! theres no real offshore things...but corruption is everywhere in world so why not canada can have datacenter with warez ? even america telling that we dont host warez top torrent sites are hosted in america...! so everything is ok.
