Buying cheapest hosting--BIG diskspace

    Absolutely no way you are going to be allowed to use 20-50GB of space for $2 a month. You either need to raise your budget or align your requirements with reality.

    As WSWD said, there is no way that you can get such offer from any hosting provider.
    2USD is too low budget for your request.
