    cheap-domainregistration.com

I've used them for three or four years now. Dotcom registrations are between $7-$8 a year.

godaddy...I've been afraid to use the cheap ones. What happens if they decided to pack it up?

If the cheap ones are WWD affiliates, like myself, the owner, you, will retain the domains, but the registrar will revert to GD. Supposedly, a nearly seamless transition. Odds are, GD would send you an e-mail with account info so you could continue as usual. Regfly, I think went under and GD took over.

Godaddy is one of the better ones. Good prices and control over the domains.
