Yahoo runs those $1.99 for the first year deal (don't mind quality, right?).

Yahoo! - $1.99/year (Better to avoid, Read at Namepros)
    Netfirms - $4.99/year
    estdomains - $6.39/year
    1and1 - $6.99/year

Yahoo only allow 1 domain per new customers, so not suitable for those want to register in bulk. Netfirms price increased to $5.95, some countries not in 1and1 support list, like my country.

The OP italicized the statement "I don't mind quality" so I'm guessing that he doesn't care.

Most registers are around $7+ mark now, anything less will most likely be a nightmare for bulk purchase and management

Same here, name.com is great. Nice interface, its fast when changing the name server. Domain and site can be set-up online in minutes.
