The cheapest one I found was Godaddy @ $19.99 plus a $2 coupon code, that brought it down to $17.99, that was about a month ago.

I use to register them at a GoDaddy Reseller because the owner gave me special pricing so I got them cheaper.

No problems. When I registered my .cc godaddy made an error and said proxy.cc was available and then I paid for it and they refunded me lol.
Godaddy keeps doing that for the less used tlds. Actually the whois updates don't propagate instanteneously for these extns...
GoDaddy resellers get them for $15.36 so you should be able to get them for a better price than $19.95 which is what there average price is. Seeing you can get them at $15.36 that really makes me think more about coming a GoDaddy reseller because there would be a bit of money to be made there.
Ya .. they do .. reseller accounts are not cheap .. However.. you set the discount (some what) So if you have a lot of names a year may be helpfull.
