The 125x125's do not rotate. Only the 468x60 on the blog and forum do.

 

Made a purchase a few days ago for a forum banner slot. So far I'm pretty happy for the price, you get what you pay for really. If you're looking to spread your name around and reach a new audience, you simply can't beat the price =)
