    hiya,

    I had that Hot or Not clone set up on an adult swinger rating.

    The 'special hosting' is because its coded around global variables being on. E.g.

    accepted way (PHP5): $variable = $_GET['variable']
    older method (globals on): $something = $variable

    basically as long as you turn on globals, this script will run on any *nix environment supporting PHP + MySQL
