I don't think , 40 % CPU for 2.5 £ , to use such resources will ask for at least 1/3 of the price of the dedicated server , few minutes and not 24/7 for 40 % usage . 24/7 huge CPU usage is a dedicated server , i'm in the same situation , huge CPU usage
