Buying Cheap Windows VPS

    I want to buy windows VPS with installed OS 2003 or 2007 doesn't matter.
    But it needs to match my following requirements

    1) It should allow adult video download and storage
    2) I don't need much disk space 10 to 20 GB is enough but B/W should me minimum 100 GB because i have to download videos and upload it
    3) I need high speed connectivity
    4) I am able to install some small s/w on it don't worry they are freewares.
    5) I am looking for cheap so show me you plan and price here.
