    Hostgator.com or Godaddy.com

They both offer cheap hosting rates, but I would recommend Hostgator.

GoDaddy. Call and negotiate a "paid in full for one year" up front price. Saved me a few bucks.

Host Gator is definitely reliable, $8.95 a month if you don't pay ahead. I've used them for a year now and had very good service. Every time I have any questions, I hop on the live chat and get someone helpful within a minute, they rock. I actually just joined their affiliate program, if you end up signing up with them, do so through an ad on my site and I'll love you forever :p

HostGator is the best. And i've tried Brinkster, Lunar, Bluehost and countless others.
And you can use the coupon BEACH to get a further 20% discount.
Cheap and the most reliable - go for Hostgator.

Yes, hostgator is great. I have the baby package for $8 per month. You can even add unlimited domains on the same account.

If you want a free host, 110mb.com is the way to go. No popups, banners or ads on your website. And their servers are pretty fast. I've tried many free hosts out there and most of them suck. I give 110mb.com the exception.
