    Go with HostingZoom if you can pay $10/month

    It may not be the cheap offer but it worth it as HZ is a reliable company. I am with thing for sometime now and so for not a single issue.
    Their support is Fastest as well.

    You might not find any option on HZ order page, just sent them a mail (or live chat) and they will tell you how to go with it.
    I am using HZ with MB for sometime now :)
