Buying Cheap Webhosting - Need ASAP!

    Hey guys,

My host is giving me the shits because they're too stupid to realise someone is using all their disk space and causing the sites to go down.

So, I am out to find a new web host - I am only really using one site that I need up all the time, I doubt it will use all that much but it is a video site that has been getting about 500 views a day so far.

Probably looking around the 100-150GB range, 1GB disk space should be fine.

I am looking for something cheap, no more than $5 and please have support that uses msn or yahoo.

    Thanks

100 GB for just 500 views is too high. Are you sure about your requirement? Though its good if you're planning for future expansion. I would suggest HostLuck.com Cheap Hosting plans

    Hello,

We would be glad to provide a stable and reliable home for you and your website.

If you're hesitant, take a look at our uptime Here (3rd party monitoring).

    Thanks.

I suggest to look for a VPS for your requirements.

I've had the site going for a few days, so I am expecting it to use more.
Don't need it and it's too expensive.

For those interested, please PM me your yahoo or msn.

the bandwidth requirements and budget aren't as proportional as the disk space - you should go with a host that can upgrade you when you need it, that way you'll end up saving more money in the long term if you slowly upgrade as time goes.

and 500 views a day isn't that much - we host people actually using up 100-150gb of bandwidth per month and they end up getting a whole lot more (I usually see it from our apache status window)

And I agree with you - you don't need a VPS for that. Requirements and budget are no where close to VPS levels.

Yes I agree with you, that is not impossible. And it can be hosted on a shared hosting but his budget does not agree to his requirement. Your 100GB plan is already beyond the $5/month budget of the OP.

    Thanks for repeating that :)

Hate people that don't bother to read, especially when they are advertising their business.

Please, no more PMs or replies.
