Before you start any hosting you should setup proportional plans. Charge yearly plans, theres no way someone can keep up a server for life unless you define life different then I do. I mean who would pay monthly 10$ if they could buy it yearly for $20. Atleast make some sense.
scam not as in "you can't set up accounts" but scam as in "you will set up accounts which will not last more than few weeks" why? Because never in my life I have heard of such a thing as paying for lifetime hosting. It clearly does not assure you any future financing, which would only lead to you loosing your reseller account, which leads to your clients loosing their websites. Also your web space offered is oversold, 50GB Space for 20$/life.
