Buying Cheap Web Designer that can design a similar site.

    I've got a screenshot of a web design that looks great, but I need someone to come up with something similar that looks just as good. It needs to have the same colors and feel, it just needs to be unique. I'm looking for someone that can do this relatively cheap. Looking at spending around 20.00 for the PSD. If anyone is interested please let me know.
