Buying Cheap Web Designer - Proficient in HTML/CSS/PHP/Graphic Design

    Hello,

    I have web design jobs stacking up on my desk!

    I'm looking for an EXPERIENCED designer who has good knowledge in the following areas:

    *HTML/CSS
    *PHP
    *Graphic Design

    You must have a GOOD amount of knowledge in these areas! Any web designers meeting the following criteria should PM me with the following informaton:

    *Contact Information
    *Portfolio Link or WORK
    *Any Flat Rate Prices (ie; Headers, Blog Templates, etc.)
    *Sample Quote for the project Below
    *Average Turn-around times
    *Payment Policy

    I have a TON of work available and if hired you will stay very busy! :) - I am looking for someone dependable and competitively priced so please only apply if you meet the criteria above.

    SAMPLE PROJECT - Basic Blog

    1. Create basic design and also a header for site. Something clean and easy to navigate.
    2. Put in 3 fake posts (or I can) as a mock-up to see front page (Lorem Ipsum is fine)
    3. Create an eCommerce portion where customers can buy products on the blog (must be easy for admin to change and edit when needed. Possibly a plug-in).
    4. Integrate my Aweber account into the blog under newsletter whcih will be in top right corner under the header.
    5. If you know any good on-page SEO tactics like silo structuring, design, etc. please configure them in the layout using your knowldege.

    The main purpose of this site will be selling. The front page will act as a continous stream of news for the prospective customer about the niche. The front page should look like a bookmarkable destination and also play well with search engines.

    *Please let me know what you would do and how much you think this site would cost to have done.
