Buying Cheap VPS to run squide proxy server

    Looking for cheap VPS to run squid proxy server with many IPs. $1 for IP.

    I'm not sure if there are many providers offering IP's at $1 per IP, but pretty much any VPS will do the trick to run squid. Do you have any other requirements such as disk space/bandwidth?
