Any VPS should give you full root access and with cPanel or a similar control panel enabled, you should be able to easily modify any of those.

Do you need a control panel ?

Do you have a budget in mind ?

You're welcome - Be sure to do your research on the host before going with them, it's an extra step to prevent future regret.

    Good luck.

Cheap and reliable VPS deals ... that can be serverpoint, 1&1 and just199 companies.
You should look through their offers and I'm sure you will find what you need from them.

Preferably you should look for fully managed VPS.

    I can recommend ramhost.us.
Use them myself. Currently have a Nano and a Standard Plan with them.
I will use the Nano for backups only, and it will be customized to have less RAM but more HDD and bandwidth once I have determined my backup needs.
Still configuring the Standard Plan on the other node. And that will be cloned to a second Standard Plan afterwards with the IP numbers, etc changed.
They will soon add fully customisable VPS Plans too.
A young, but very, very, cooperative and supportive hosting company, with excellent reviews at WHT. I received replies from their sales staff during last Thanksgiving Holiday.

Warning: Their VPS Power Panel (to re-boot, re-install, DNS management etc) is a fugly duckling. :p

    Check out vserverpro.com

Starts at 19.99 per month. Use coupon code BOGOF to get a free month 2. VMware based which is really nice.
