Who are we?

1) OnlineCares started in 2012 and is one of the oldest continually operating premium hosting companies of its nature. We have never taken a loan, or had investment capital and are completely debt free.

2) OnlineCares has built, owns and operates its own datacenter. Our datacenter has UPS power backup, generator backups and a redundant network set up.

3) Our network is built from the ground up and spans multiple providers including Abovenet, XO, Cogent as well as public peering through Paix and private peering. We operate our network out of multiple locations in NYC and Los Angeles.

4) OnlineCares offers colocation, dedicated servers, cloud/vps's, shared hosting and backup services. We also can handle custom setups including load balanced solutions.

5) We designed our own custom cloud, from the ground up with out relying on any third party set ups. This includes designing our own internal storage systems.
