Buying Cheap Traffic to a newly started Internet Marketing forum

I have start an internet marketing forum and with quite number of posts , still increasing and also would start seo in few days .
But before that I Should try my luck with buying traffic from any source . I want to buy bulk traffic ,It should be targeted for internet marketers or webmasters .I hope , but not must about conversions on sign up , I just hope , noting else .
