    I think USD 60 is below the cost price..not too sure..but you better check out the credibility of the registrar first..

    I was just googling tel and cheap registrars and guess what popped up? Yep, digital point! (yes I post here!) Since it's here, I'll mention what I know about the cheapest places to get them as of today April 5. I've been pretty close following tel domains since the start. I've been keeping track of the cheapest registrars on a regular basis since general availability on March 24, 2009.
