    What restrictions are there for the guaranteed sign ups? What information requested is this restricted to, name, email, phone number, address, etc.?

    Also, is this targeted to certain locations?

    Yes, If the offers worldwide it will fill faster. If you target 1 country it will take longer to get the order filled for you tho.
