I have a website with this company for over 2 months. In the beginning their support was just average but now it has dramatically improved. When I had an issue it took 6 hours for an average reply. Now all my tickets get replied within 10 minutes -- sometimes even shorter. Another good feature about this company is their network. It hardly goes down and transfers are incredibly fast. For those looking for reliable web hosting I would highly recommend Cmodz hosting. The only complaint I have is they do not offer dedicated servers yet. I give them A+
