I don't recomed AAA logo, since those are clipart, you won't own the full rights under the logo, and only the examples look cool, then when you try to make one for yourself you'll see that it looks crappy. Justdownload e free trial of AAA logo and verify it by yourself.
For a free logo its best to create for yourself. But some of the best sites for logo designs are 99designs and brandstack But are a little bit costly. But i can too design one for you at 30-40$ I cannot post links of my previous works but if interested i can mail you.

Logos represent you and your company, so you must really choose the right one. I suggest looking for a designer that will comply with your requirements and just negotiate the price.
