While I understand your position as new in the business, and I appreciate your honesty in admitting that, there are so many scams going on with cheap hosting offers, that it's going to be hard to find good customers just to give you a chance because you're new. I would suggest avoiding a .info domain, increasing the itrader, making a few hundred useful posts, and giving out review accounts to reputable members of these forums, asking for a review after a reasonable period. I would also spice up and improve your website and be clear to how you intend to provide customer support. There are also a few typos which look unprofessional. The location of the servers is also something that many would like to know, including myself. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck, and I'll follow you in this thread and maybe buy your services in a little while, when I know more about you...
There are so many issues with your site. Lack of professionalism, grammar errors etc. Good luck with the business, its tough!
