Buying Cheap SEO Services

    I have employed 1 freelancer for a test site to test their skills. I have a few bigger projects I want to chase, but need a few good SEO specialists to help make them successful.

    I'm in the process of making a 2nd site to test another freelancers skills.

    I want someone that is efficient, cheap, but can take on more projects in the future, not just this one.

    Company details & some porfolio evidence would be ideal.
